Our Process

Our process enables us to achieve key milestones early on in the search life cycle, laying a solid foundation to ensure successful hires. We strive always to exceed client expectations by providing a smooth and thorough process, which includes following main phases:

1. Client’s Need Assessment

Assess organization & position through structured discussions with client. Analyze the challenges unique to the organization and the role; determine the skills, knowledge and abilities required. Determine the client priorities that will shape the search process. A site visit is conducted whenever possible.

2. Research

Conduct targeted research into companies and sectors to find candidates with relevant skill-sets and qualifications. A careful analysis of the industry, competitors, marketplace, and key business objectives. Develop specification and search strategy.

3. Talent Mapping

Identify and create an industry/function wide map of talent and develop a long list of the most qualified candidates for the position with the goal of providing real options for clients to consider. Approach potential candidates to test their interest in the role.

4. Evaluation

Conduct rigorous behavioral and performance-based assessments with candidates based on the proven skills, knowledge, abilities and aptitudes outlined in the position specification. Develop a short list of candidates with the qualifications and interest in the position.

5. Presentation

Each candidate will be presented for consideration to our client company as he/she is processed. A detailed summary of the candidate’s experience/suitability for the role will be presented to the client company for consideration along with the candidate’s resume.

6. Verification

Verify each candidate’s academic qualifications. Conduct detailed reference checks with past direct supervisors and direct reports after the client has selected its preferred candidate.

7. Complete the Search

Assist in negotiations over compensation and other terms to help finalize the search. Communicate regularly with client and placed candidate to ensure a successful transition and integration process. Conduct client satisfaction survey to improve service and refine approach.
Periodically follow up with client and candidate once search is closed, checking in on the placement’s fit with the organization and the progress of the transition.
